All the stories about each celebrity is the same and none of them are true. So the 'engaged' & 'expecting' thing about him is false. They use those stories and others for every celebrity.

He seems to be dating a man named Brian Woodruff, with whom he also apparently co-owns/co-partners a gym called The Fix Gym in Los Angeles, since 2012 (at least). There is plenty of evidence that their partnership likely goes beyond business. Brian is in nearly all of the videos with Gabriel from recent events, and many pictures as well, for most of his premiers and parties. It must be tough dating a star and having to fade to the side like that all the time; in one video it looked like he was waiting to be called over and had to watch Gabe greet fans and wander around with other stars before he could be acknowledged. At least the cast of Revenge seems to really like Brian and accept their partnership.

Sorry ladies, looks like this one is clear-cut. He might like women on occasion (no evidence thereof outside of his acting) or like many gay men in HW have dated them in the past, but at least right now (or recently) he is obviously involved with another guy. Look at videos of events/interviews/paparazzi etc. In the last 2-3 years there's almost always the same guy in the background.. and it's Brian. He's either his boyfriend or a very determined, highly welcomed stalker. Most recently at his Cesar Chavez premiere, Brian was there for part of it at least. In some of his earlier premiere videos he always had to come with his female costars, and his dislike and lack of attraction to them is palpable. In one video with that girl who played Faux-Amanda it was like he wanted to throw her into traffic.
