I was too sick and stressed because of a crap situation that was going on. Now it's resolved, and thankfully, everything's fine. However, now I can't bring myself to eat the way I used to. Good thing, as I need to drop about 20 more lbs, but it's weird. The only thing I crave is fresh fruit and vegetables. I couldn't even put any dressing on my salad, it made me sick. I made my own dressing with fresh peaches, grape tomatoes and 1/2 an orange. It was delicious. I tried some bread and it felt like I was chewing on paste. I'm wondering if my body or my taste buds were somehow "re-set" or something, because the shit I used to eat is repulsive to me now. This is a dream come true for me, because I used to eat a lot of junk food, lots if red meat, fatty and sugary crap, etc. It's been a few weeks and I feel great. I haven't had any meat, sugar, flour or dairy because none of those things sound good to me. I tried them, but I just can't stomach it. Can I live on fruit, nuts and vegetables only?
