I've heard that over time it can cause facial rictus.
Sounds like another fad for people who wanted jojoba in everything, until it was all about shea.
I guess argan is the next one up.
It's very good for hair, OP. A tiny bit when blow drying protects the hair and gives it added shine.
My cat demands argan oil!
I use avocado oil sometimes. But an oil isn't going to help with wrinkles, really. Get some tretinoin/Retin-a
It's all the rage on HSN.
When did this become a forum for women's beauty tips?
What is a good oil to use that moisturizes your skin but doesn't feel heavy and greasy?
I've been using it my pussy-area for YEARS!

R5. Yes, I use Retin A/tretinoin cream every night recommended by my dermatologist. I used to use Retin A/Atralin gel ($25 co-pay), but I switched to tretinoin ($10 co-pay), which is the same Retin A, but it's just the generic version of Atralin--and less expensive.
I don't know if it helps keeps wrinkles at bay, but I'd prefer not to go without it. Over time, it's supposed to help.
I've used it on my hair. Very good for split ends. I also have psoriasis and I've tried it on my skin. Don't know if it works, but it doesn't irritate, and most everything else does.
If you have any olive oil or other oil in your kitchen, pat some on your face. You've just saved $50. And achieved the same effect - greasy, shiny skin that still feels dry because oil doesn't absorb into your skin. Plus, you are likely to get those hard little white bumps on your face (I got them all over mine after using argon oil once.)
Not to mention that if you wear glasses, you'll have to keep cleaning the lenses because the oil WILL get on them.
Good idea, R10. Give yourself a few years and you'll look just like Shane Warner.
R10 tretinoin (which is the name of the generic) is probably the best wrinkle prevention topical there is (ok maybe tazarotene, but that shit is strong)
I hear Ben Affleck may get an Oscar nom for directing it.
I heard its great for hair. How does it smell?
It really doesn't smell by itself, r16. It's an ingredient (way down the list) in Moroccan Oil hair products, which definitely have fragrance. People either love or hate those products.
Jojoba oil absorbs into skin.
Argan oil absorbs into the skin and doesn't leave you greasy.

I will plan an attack on Argania and get there oil for Mericuns.

Josie Moran on QVC told us that Argan only comes from trees in Morocco.
