Jameson Parker

He was the hot blond co-star in Simon & Simon. Did he dabble in the homosex? Or at least let network executives blow him?

• Seriously, he was shot by a neighbor. From Wikipedia, cited at the end of the page. "In the fall of 1992, Parker was shot by a neighbor near his home. He made a full recovery, and the neighbor was convicted of attempted murder and sentenced to nine years in prison." He was hot... he's something of a cowboy and author these days. I clicked on a recent pic and ended up at the homepage for a ranch or farm for huntings pigs... wtf? Still hot looking though - definite top-daddy material.

• He was the original "Brad Vernon" on "One Life To Live." His character was a compulsive philanderer who married saintly Jenny, the ex-nun.

• I believe he's also a Rethuglican. His girlfriend - don't know if they're still togather - was Darlene Carr from Streets of San Francisco.

• Saw him on a few talk shows many years back and he was really smart with a great vocabulary. And if you saw "The Bell Jar", he did a full frontal.

• If I recall correctly, the fight he had with his neighbor was over his dogs pooping in the neighbor's yard. Or maybe it was the neighbor's dogs pooping in his yard? Anyway, it was really stupid. As far as I know, he is still married to Darleen Carr. He hosted an outdoors/hunting show some years back. Don't know if his views changed after the shooting, but he was once very pro NRA. Actually, he always seemed to me to be more a "Rick Simon type" than Gerald McRainey was. Always liked this guy. I also remember him from One Life to Live and I loved Simon & Simon.
