Looking for Clothing Manufacturer

I received a sweater for my birthday. The label says Popular Classic. Attached card says Popular Collection. Friend who gave it can't remember where it was bought. Google search came up with nothing. How can I find the manufacturer?

• what does the sweater look like? Polular classic almost sounds as if it's a sub brand, meaning, for example, Land's End Popular Classic line, etc.

• This sounds like those "no name" brands that you buy in China. Across from Hong Kong, there are these HUGE shopping areas that one can buy cheap no name brand clothing or knock offs. People who visit Hong Kong will also make a visit to this shopping district to look for "bargains." Your friend either got the sweater on a trip to Hong Kong/China, or he received it from someone else and now he gave it to you.
