Tabloids just need to STOP reporting on every breath they take. Honestly, when else has a long washed up child star and her family ever gotten THIS much ongoing attention? I know former cute kid stars getting into drugs/fucking up has been tabloid fodder for long before the Lohans, but this seems like a bit much. TMZ has a minute long blurry video up of nothing but two cop cars outside their house. WTF is the point of something like that? Who else contributes as little as they do while generating as much attention? I'd happily gloat while every last Kuntrashian died in a grease fire, but people (apparently) watch their reality shows. The Lohans don't even "contribute" anything as low rent as that.
I wish they would stop reporting on them. At this point, any time I hear Lohan's name, I just want to puke. They need to be ignored, then perhaps they will go away.

It sounds like Dina was the bigger cunt in this. She wanted to use Lindsay's limo over her objections, and when the fight broke out Lindsay was apparently the one who sustained greater injuries. So why would Lindsay put up with it? You'd think Dina would kiss Lindsay's ass, she'd be nothing without her famous daughter. Most people Lindsay's age don't hang out with their parents that much anyway. If Dina can't behave herself, Lindsay should just visit on holidays and leave it at that.
I don't know why anyone has sympathy for these people, I always hear folks talking about how they hope they straighten things out, Lindsay's SO talented and just needs to settle down or whatever, but why should anyone give a fuck? These are rich, spoiled adults who get far too much attention from the media as others have said here. I wish they'd all get thrown in solitary for 50 years.
Dina is one of those people whose maturity and emotional growth stopped at about age 19.

Dad found a way to profit from it. He was on The Insider last night recounting the story of Lindsay's phone call. That was definitely a paid appearance. Lindsay, by the way, never found a real attempt at distancing herself from drugs and alcohol. One of the first things you learn in rehab or AA is to steer clear of places where those things exist. Clubbing is enemy #1.
I thought she was estranged from her dad, who is worse than Dina in my opinion. At least Dina isn't an obnoxious homophobe or an ex-con like the Michael. Really if Lindsay can't even break off ties with someone as loathsome as him, fuck her.

I think we watch these people because it's similar to the days before TV, when people would go see freaks at the circus. It's really nothing more than that. They're our present time freaks and they seem to enjoy it actually. This is how they make money.
