Gas prices are out of control here in Cali. I saw it over $5/gal yesterday! She should pass an emergency law that people that make less than $12/hr get a $2/gal discount (with people making less than $20/hr getting at least a $1 discount) and let the rich fuckers pay for the rest of it!
