Romantic rooftop scenes

Where someone tricks his love interest to come to a rooftop and there are twinking lights and a table with a linen cloth and it looks like a fairy tale... Where is that. The rooftops Ive been on are NASTY, with tar and paint and lumber and stink and the wind is blowing dirt all over that would get on the food.

• I've been on some nice rooftops in NYC where you could have dinner. Unfortunately, I can't afford to live in a building with roof access.

• When the couple shows up on the rooftop and sees the fairytale tablescape, I'm always amazed that nobody was walked off with the food and frou-frou decorations.
