Why would we be surprised?
We've known for years that he is a pathological liar and sociopath.
This is going to become the norm and the press is going to start agreeing with him and not make an issue of lying, unless they think OBAMA is. Then they'll go whole hog exposing it.
Yet in all the (redundant) talk about the debates, this gets hardly any press.
Why is that?
What kind of lies/untruths did he tell in other closed door fundraising meetings? You know, the ones that were not taped and broadcast for all the world to see.
R6, it was probably more of the same. I don't think he has a problem being consistent or telling the truth to his friends. It's just the people he intends to fleece that he has difficulty telling the truth. You know, the more you lie, the harder it is to keep the lies straight.
