"Ghost Adventures"

I was flipping channels, and saw part of this show. It represents everything that is wrong with this country. At one point, the host waxed prolific on ghost antique cars, grabbed a chunk of asphalt, and said that it "was time made physical". Every other line is "Dude!" or "Whoa!"... Why do people watch this wholly illogical crap?

• You are very late to the GA party, this show has been discussed ad nauseum here on DL. There was even a nickname for the roided out host Zack. Actually a new show on SyFy "Paranormal Witness" is very well done.

• I like Zac, he makes me laugh.

• Why do we watch? Well ...

• I'm glad to be late, R1. The show truly disgusts. Those EVPs are hilarious. They only sound like animal scratching or indiscriminate crackle, but the bloated hostbeast will claim they're spectral soliloquies.

• Nick is the hottest of the three, but then there's not much from which to choose. I'm on the fence about their results though. They do appear to get some interesting stuff but you have to wonder how much of it is matrixing or suggestion (e.g. "We heard *this*" and then they play the recording). I think their stuff is more interesting than Ghost Hunters though.
