It's just St. Paul this, St. Paul that, and S. Paul the other all the livelong day. There is another Twin City we could talk about, you know!

• St. Paul is more cool. The Payne neighborhood, the West Side, all those colleges... Minneapolis is just suburban and corporate. But St. Paul created modern liberalism. Warren Burger and Harry Blackmun were childhood friends who grew up together in the Dayton's Bluff neighborhood.
