Shut Up, Little Man!

Has anyone else seen this hilarious documentary? It is streaming on Netflix now. It's about two bitchy loud drunks, so DLers should lve it.

• Saw this years ago. I lived near them. Two drunks with issues.

• What a terrible idea, thought up by hipsters.

• I thought from the title this would be about the end of the Tom Cruise-Katie Holmes marriage.

• Are you saying it was staged, R2? It didn't seem that way to me, and I am usually a huge skeptic.

• It was real. They were real. The two guys in the next apartment were real. The house is still there in the Fillmore district, I think. They were a couple who had issues. BIG issues. Their issues scared their neighbors who started taping them as evidence should they become even more violent and assault them. But they were all bark.

• I just moved away from SF, R7. I went by the apartments before leaving. It's in lower Haight, actually (but I think it could also be called Fillmore). Looks totally different now. I also lived just blocks from the bank Patty Hearst robbed on Noriega. Ahhh...San Francisco.

• My god, the walls must have been like tissue. I've lived in places like that, especially in college areas where they build things cheap and fast. I've heard so many sexual encounters. Wish I'd taped them..

• I saw it. The movie was alright, but the guys who taped them came across as a little malicious and exploitive. While their neighbors clearly had their issues, the guys who lived next to them were the real scumbags. Getting rich and making their name off two mentally unwell men who were being secretly taped in their apartment.

• I saw this at Outfest a couple years ago and was my favorite of the festival. I have had my whole family watch it.
