Anyone tried this yet? Did it help you fall asleep?
Ambien%20Serious
I saw a review from someone who said it didn't even make them drowsy. I guess it doesn't have the strength of plain old Nyquil which can really knock you out cold.
Yes it works great for me, and I'm a tough case. I have taken some sort of sleep aid almost every night for years. I don't respond as well to Benadryl as I do to this, although I know it's the same drug.
P.S. regular NyQuil has a different active ingredient for sleep that works better for some (doxylamine succinate instead of diphenhydramine).
I've taken Zzzquill quite a few times and it works great for me. Within about 30 I feel sleepy. I love it.

Then obviously you're psycho. Get help 'mo
I tried it. I don't know if they're changing the dosing, but it doesn't work as well for me as benadryl which has the same active ingredient.
The Voice of the Night
I've tied it and like it. With NyQuil it makes you weak and knocks you out within the hour. With zzzquil, you don't feel it and you won't feel weak or sleepy until you lay down.
It's pretty much a knock out within the hour vs. gentle Lull you to sleep when you finally decide to lay down.
It's becoming such a datalounge tradition, threads asking for advice on medication.
Why are so many queens taking so many pills?
Does this stuff keep you sleeping for a full 8 hours or do you wake up in the middle of the night? Benadryl doesn't keep me asleep all night.
I've been knocked out for 8 hours. If I am woken up sooner then that, I've found it easy to fall back asleep.

Thanks for the responses so far. I'll give it a shot although in the past benadryl makes me feel zonked out the morning after.
OP
Thank you R7/R10.

Does nothing for me, but then, nothing short of two or three Ambien or Lunesta does it for me, and preferably more like four.

Wow, that isn't very good for you, Neely.
I've found Xambien works like a charm.
Trazodone.
What about when you wake up the next day, does it make you feel groggy at all?
I took some Zzzqill last night at 1:30am and was asleep by 1:45am. Didn't wake up until 9:30 this morning and didn't feel the least bit groggy. Great stuff.

Alcoholic
I have not felt groggy at all but I'm not doing full doze though. I'm actually just taking half of the recommended amount.

Nope, didn't work at all. Oh, well. Back to Tylenol PM.
Drink a bottle of vodka first. Have a hot bath.
Yes half the dose should do it. Tried full dose and slept through alarm.
I took it and it didn't work
If I take this every night, can I still consider myself sober?
