ARACHNOQUAKE!!

Dear god, what happened to Edward Furlong? Seriously... he looks awful.

• He looks horrible. Things must be going very badly for him to be in this movie. I know all of Syfy's movies are cheap and cheesy but this one looks like they didn't even try.

• he really does. I think the movie is trying too hard. And how old is Skyy Moore? He plays his role well. Could have potential.

• I can't believe the lead was Alfalfa in the Little Rascals remake.

• Furlong looks like shiiiiiiit.

• Drugs happened to Edward Furlong.

• Looking at Furlong's IMDB info and photos, I think he's the kind of guy that really can't carry ANY extra weight at all. A few pounds and he looks a mess. I wonder if he slimmed down if he'd look better.

• As bad as this is, it's way better than Piranahconda... But nowhere near as good as the Jersey Shore Shark Attack movie.

• There is something almost comforting about the cheesiness of an original SyFy movie.

• Boozebag.

• He's tiny, 5'3"

• I'm dateless and sober on a Saturday night and this, sadly, is what I'm watching tonight. Kill. Me. Now.

• It could be: Furlong had a long battle with alcoholism and drug addiction. He was hospitalized for a suspected heroin overdose after being found unconscious in a pool of his own vomit. Furlong was arrested for public intoxication following an incident at a Meijer grocery store in Florence, Kentucky (in the Cincinnati area), where he was filming the independent film Jimmy and Judy. According to the police report, he and some friends were getting rowdy and yanking lobsters out of the store's tank. He told "People" magazine that he smokes 2-3 packs of cigarettes a day. Furlong was arrested and jailed for violating his probation stemming from the restraining order his estranged wife filed It could be any one of those or any combination. • I saw this the other day. Obviously awful, but I think that's the point. Though, as a huge fan of campy enormous animal or insect horror films, this was pretty bad. And, the spiders shot fire, which made me think they emerged from a volcano, not a fissure due to an earthquake. I should have been 'Arachnocano"

• Even when he was still relatively young, Roger Ebert commented on how bad he looked in some movie. IIRC, he said that EF looked like an elderly midget or some such. So sad. He was adorable for about 5 minutes.
