Was my houseguest being inappropriate with my cat?

I have this friend who stays over sometimes, after a show or a good drunk. Last night he was here for both. He’s funny, smart, but somewhat weird. Usually the weird doesn’t bother me, but - When he arrived last night, he picked up my cat and started rubbing his belly. But then his hand drifted lower and he was kinda rubbing my cat’s crotch. I stared, sort of stunned for a minute, and he said, “Oh, does it bother you if I jerk your cat off?” I said yesss, and he stopped, so I chalked it up to a joke. But this morning, when he went into the bathroom, he took my cat. I didn’t say anything, but later he mentioned what a good “poop-buddy” my cat was, and stated that cats love to watch him poop. Outside of this, he’s a perfectly reasonable person. Should I let this bother me? Should I be worried about my cat?
