Pushups. No equipment required.
Pushups with hands on floor and feet on a stool. That will work twice as fast as pushups with hands and feet on the floor.
What about weights or pull ups ?
Pushups. A lot of them (and, I mean a LOT) with arms positioned under different angles to make sure that all the muscles in the chest area get worked on. I used to do 4x45 pushups per workout session, interspersed with other exercises. In each set, 15 pushups with hands right under my chest, 15 at the shoulder width with arms staying next to the body and the last 15 with hands farther from the shoulder area. It worked wonders.
