I had to read his bio @ r15's link two times, and I still have no idea what he does for a living.
I have the Jim French book that Bruno Gmuder published last fall. French says that Yount's wife actually brought him to French; she was somehow acquainted with his work. Yount was fresh out of the Navy. Can you imagine him in his dress whites?
