Neither. Badoit is the only truly great mineral water.
Perrier. Vox. I'm too cheap though, usually drink generic
Pellegrino. Perrier is not as smooth and crisp. It's almost fruitier.
neither - yuck
Preisdent's Choice Sodium Free Lightly Carbonated Mineral Water.
San Pellegrino, it has a sweetness and perfect fizz like none other.
They drink a lot of bottled water in Italy. Is their tap water undrinkable?
I'd drink from an Italian tap, heh, heh
Great Value brand carbonated water. Mmmm. You can usually find it on sale!
Poland Spring water from Maine.
OP, what do you see as the volumes of speak associated with each of these waters?
Target's house brand is my favorite - discovered it on accident after years of enduring Pellegrino.
What say you? Pellegrino is for new money, Perrier for the cultured? I'd say, in response to OP, that water preference says very little about someone. Still curious to know what OP and others think...
We are supposed to drink tap water now
La Croix, of course.
If you've got a naturally carbonated tap, then I'll have some r20.
Tap water with my Brita filter
Pellegrino has a nice full lasting 'bite' that I like more than Perrier.
There's a brand largely unknown outside of the Midwest called Canfield's. In a blind taste test, it would beat them both. It's light, bubbly, and doesn't go flat as fast.
I agree that Vichy is the way too go. If they do not have it, I go for Pellegrino.
Badoit extra pétillant.
Sodastream. I can't believe you guys are still lugging all those bottles.
Tap. And occasionally modern dance. Oh, but I'm free associating again.
NY Tap water thru my Brita
Gerolsteiner, Spa Marie Henriette, or Hildon
Gerolsteiner is the best! Thanks R19, I'm going to try the Target brand. In my city Gerolsteiner is only available at Whole Food$.
Saratoga Springs with gas in the cobalt blue bottle.
Apollonaris. Sp? Green bottle, lots of bite.
Vilas del Turbón con gas
What about Evian?
I like Evian but rarely buy bottled water.
And only Smart Water.
After reading this thread I sampled some of the products listed. I have to say I don't see the attraction of fizzy, unflavored water.
I love San Pelligrino with lime squeezed on top. So refreshing!
None of the above. Only pretentious people (like most on this thread) think they can tell the difference between any sparkling water and plain old seltzer or club soda. I'd also never pay for still water unless I lived somewhere where the tap water either tasted like chlorine or was entirely undrinkable due to contamination.
OP, you are unbelievably superficial and ... well, useless.
I'll add another La Croix write-in vote.
Pellegrino is the Best!
Trader Joe's Blu Italy is pretty good and only $1.29 for a liter bottle. Their seltzers are good too and only 79 cents so I pick up a few of each when I go there to mix it up. I like Apollonaris too, it is much heavier on the mineral taste though. And yes, there is a difference in taste between all of these.
The tap water in my city tastes like a dirty river with chlorine added. It's simply horrible. I was going to say undrinkable, but I know there are people in third-world countries who would be grateful to drink the tap water I find disgusting.
I use a Brita filter for water for cooking, but it still doesn't taste good enough to drink plain.
So I just buy an inexpensive off-brand spring water I like that has a distinct mineral flavor.
