Do these two dumb bitches realize how obnoxious they come across at these award shows?

• The MF cast seem to be starting to think they are funny on their own, sans writers. I smell contract problems in a few years.

• She may be funny but in the context of awards shows Vergara is kinda annoying and Charo was the first thing I thought. I want to know who that Judy Greer bitch is though. She was similarly fake and bimbo-ish and tres annoying, there's a Modern Family connection cause she squealed when announcing them on the SAG nominees. I know she's in The Descendants, but little else.

• I've always liked the characters that Julie Bowen plays, but I can't stand her. She's brash, very raw and kinda rowdy (you just imagine her drunk every night at a bar). Very different from the characters she tends to play.

• I love Vergara...she's a great ray of sunshine at would otherwise be a grim affair.

• Julie Bowen makes me look like a fat pig.

• Vergara was on Ellen's show today and was hilarious.

• Sofia seems cool. She has a sense of humor about herself, saying with her big boobs and makeup she is often mistaken for a drag queen. I always think her over the top accent and mannerisms are part of her shtick. Julie Bowen though annoys the hell out me. I've started turning the channel or fast forwarding any interview she gives b/c she seems to think she's so so funny and so so interesting. Fake & self-important. Btw, I remember a blind item from the first season of MF that revealed they don't get along. Kind of interesting considering how Julie behaved at the GG towards SV.

• Used to love Julie when she was on "Ed" ( not sure if that was the name of the show). But then I loved everyone on that show.

• Vergara will never have the relevance or staying power of Charo. And I say that with a completely straight face--Charo at least is a joke thirty years later. Vergara is nothing.

• I like Sofia Vergara, but the character she plays on Modern Family just strengthens tired, unhelpful latino stereotypes. She shouldn't have to crank up her accent and mispronounce words to be funny. Not her fault, though. The powers that be are clearly still aging white men.
