• I'm pretty sure I met Kim Raver in a restaurant a while back about 2006. I was in my sophomore year of college and we were made to do customer surveys about restaurant improvement/ experience. Being forced to ask people to fill out surveys as part of your grade is hard enough, but when someone decides they are in a bad mood and feel like being bitchy for no reason I just don't get it. It was one of those quick stop type places like Chipotle or something so my group decided it would be best to just ask people after they'd gotten their food if they would mind filling out the survey. Most people were okay with it or politely said no as expected. I get to one woman who is wearing sunglasses in doors. I ask and she says no rather snappily so I thank her for her time and start to walk away. She then snatches a survey out of my hand and stops to fill it out, and I along with my group thank her for changing her mind even though she had an attitude the whole time. Then she hands the survey over and walks out. When we take it back to review it, she's skipped every single question, drawn a frowny face and written that she hates people wasting her time and we have ruined her day. So, I'm thinking okay it comes with the territory there are bound to be a few rude people who seem to not remember the torture of college projects, whatever. Then two of the girls in my group freak out with actual glee because they asked around and it was confirmed that said person was Kim Raver. Take that for what you will, but I can't watch Grey's without laughing at the memory. the time she took pretending to fill out the survey was far more than the five seconds it took for me to ask and her to say no.
