His name is Peter O'Riordan, and he is an "actor/model" from Ireland, who Harvey Levin supposedly found working in the produce department at Trader Joe's. He also appears in four of the short videos that are part of "Steam Room Stories" on YouTube. One of them linked below. He's the guy on the right; hides his Irish accent pretty well, though you can hear a bit of it if you listen carefully. Funny skit, too.
