not sure. was he ever asked when he was in the gay film with Colin Firth in which he showed his ass?
He's straight, he just plays gay roles, that's all.
Based on any real gossip R2?
I think he is a talented actor and obviously very gay-friendly if nothing else but I have never actually heard any gossip about him.
He state that he's straight r3.
Dated Jennifer Lawrence earlier this year, not that it means anything...
He's starring in Bryan Singer's next movie so...
There was some conflict a few years ago when someone in the UK stated Hoult had come out online, only for the article to vanish.
I don't know if that's true or not. Other accounts say he's had girlfriends.
He will say he's straight if he is or isn't. They all do, until like Zach Quinto you get sick of being evasive with the world.
r8, Hoult made a long ass joke about him having an abusive gay affair with a fellow male cast member. It's on Youtube. He was joking, but it was a sick sort of joke. He didn't admit to being gay. I think the joke was lost on many people.
No, just British.
Gay resume, which is inconclusive. But speculation from fans and several obvious showmance relationships tell a better story.
Plus this: Bryan Singer wishes he cast Hoult as superman. Don't forget that Brandon Routh all but admitted to the casting couch after earning this role.
Obviously sounds like Brian wants to fuck him, but whether Nicholas goes that way is hard to tell.
He's fugly. Unbelievably fugly.

Hoult would have been about fifteen when Superman Returns was made.
Singer needs to stop thinking with his johnson.
The Voice of the Night
R13, I agree. And barring any unexpected revelations I expect Nicholas to remain "straight" as long as he is being groomed as a movie star. If he ends up relegated to character actor, we'll see if he comes out.
He's not "not gay" as he's never issued a denial like, for example, Brandon Routh.
Gay or not it doesn't look like he will age well, does it? And for the record, I do think he is hot right now.
LOVE this guy. I'm not into the youngins' (love hairy daddies) but for some reason I find him compelling. For me, I guess it has to do with first seeing him in About A Boy. He looked so weird - with those alien eyebrows. Which reminded me of a couple of people I went to school with. The social misfits who got teased mercilessly. He channeled that so plight so brilliantly.
Then out of nowhere (I missed Skins) he was the seductive, enigmatic student who basically saves the life of his despondent professor in A Single Man.
Couple of years later he's Hank McCoy in X-Men First Class, which was a pretty awesome movie.
Talk about a fascinating arc.
I've tried to keep up with him somewhat ever since "Skins" and I don't recall him ever directly talking about his sexuality either R27.
Not saying he hasn't but surprisingly given his character's gay fling in Skins, the gay play he did afterwards, and then of course " A Single Man" it's not something he has really talked about.
As others have said I don't think he has ever tried to make comments clarifying what his sexual orientation was, even when playing multiple characters of differing sexualities.
He is obviously a talented actor and incredibly "gay-friendly", but supposedly did date Jennifer Lawrence.
Who knows, definitely a weird artistic guy, I could easily see him being bisexual.
Another dead thread bumped.
Jennifer Lawrnce claims he is her boyfriend.
Could dating Jennifer Lawrence be a publicity thing? They were both supposed to "happen" at the same time. Only she did and he didn't.
A lot of gay guys date women, yep.
He dated one of his male co- workers for 4 months he says in one interview...
Everyone is gay!
He is anything but fugly. I don't know what is wrong with guys that think only "perfect" men are handsome. I think he is beautiful.
I'm with you r44. Beautiful is actually the right word. Glorious cheekbones with a nice, lanky bod.
What are you asking, OP? I don't think I've ever seen so many broken grammar rules in only four words.
Are you asking if Nicholas Hoult Gay is an actor? Or are you asking something about the actor Nicholas Hoult Gay but you forgot to add that part?
You all hate the grammar queens but seriously - it's about understanding what the fuck you're talking about without having to read a sentence four times to get it.
