What Happened to Josh Hartnett?

Seriously.\ \ He just disappeared.\ \ I watched August on cable yesterday and it was a decent movie and he was decent in it. Actually, as wall street/web movies go, this one was by far one of the most entertaining. It was his last major showing. Then, gone.\ \ Josh is listed as having made all of these movies in 2011, but none of them seem to have been released.\ \ Has anyone seen Bunraku?

• Josh shunned the Hollywood lifestyle. He prefers independent films, not big-budget shit that the big studios churn out. He wants to be in films that are meaningful, with real characters, that are actually a challenge to play. He is gorgeous, and a great actor. Kudos!

• I hated him in a lot of stuff, seemed more concerned with looking 'cool' on screen than delivering a solid acting performance- and then he full on OUT SHINED Bruce Willis like a Christmas Tree in Lucky Slevin (which would've been a big hit and changed his career if they had called it Kansas City Shuffle like the director had wanted), and then started making good choices for his roles with a solid turn in 30 Days of Night, and a fantastic performance that like his other great role in Slevin went unnoticed in Banraku. He was a movie star instead of an actor and that hurt him, now that he's an actor and not a movie star his work has largely improved and goes unmatched mostly.
