• Funny, I recently watched a French NFB (National Film Board of Canada) documentary called Hommes %C3%A0 louer (Men For Sale). The doc is basically a series of interviews with 11 male street prostitutes in Montreal. Just realized that "Danny Brown" was one of the interviewees. \ \ Most of the subjects are younger, homeless and struggling with drug addiction and troubled backgrounds. "Danny/Dany" was, of course, older and better off than a lot of the other subjects (he had his own apartment). He still seemed to be down and out though. Struggling with addiction, going between holding down a regular job and prostituting, reminiscing about his glory days, dreaming about recapturing them... Sad, but sobering. \ \ He''s not in the trailer, but there is an english subtitled version.
