Neil Patrick Harris will be hosting the Tonys again this year, according to reports, after doing a bang-up job with the gig in 2009, hosting the Emmys a few months later, and winning an Emmy for hosting the Tonys a few months after that. Sean Hayes hosted last year, but ratings were down 8 percent under his watch, so it's back to NPH.

So is he a professional host?

He is a last-minute replacement for Daniel Radcliffe who pulled out of hosting duties after being snubbed by the Tony Awards Committee.

NPH did a terrific job previously.%0D %0D I'm not a Sean Hayes fan, but I was surprised how well he did last year. Too bad he didn't deliver the viewers, though.%0D %0D This has been a pretty entertaining, well-produced event for at least the past 4-5 years. I wish more network viewers supported it.

NPH will bring it. He was very good. Can't say as I blame him for turning it down. Negotiations with him broke down Tuesday, the day the noms came out.%0D If he had been a host, I think it would have done really well in the ratings.

They could have asked Chad Kimball or Aaron or Jonathan. I guarantee ratings gold!!
