Foreigners Starting Businesses

I honestly don't mean to start a flame war but... Have you ever really sat down and thought about how and why Indians, Arabs and Koreans can so easily start up their own small businesses here in America while natural born citizens are routinely given the shaft in regards to business loans? Ever wonder why every single last Dunkin' Donuts is ran by an Indian family? How did this happen? I'm sure there are many unemployed Americans who would love to be able to have their own Dunkin' Donuts franchise store. My local deli/bodega is ran by a nice man from Yemen. He's been here for 10 years. He lives in a nice two bedroom apartment in Brooklyn. He supports a stay-at-home wife and a newborn and owns a Chevy Tahoe. He lives a very comfortable life, all because he owns his own small business. I don't see any American born citizens owning delis. I'm sure plenty would like to if they didn't get denied loans. Is it that our government is giving them tax breaks? Do they get fast track loans? Does anyone know the answer?
