• I watch this show from Canada. It was a pretty good show at the start but seems like it is very rehearsed now. Seth gives it away by his half smurk when they have the private blow outs in the office, bad acting. The kids seem like spoilt brats who haven't had it hard enough in life,(silver spoon fed). Dont like to see them rip people off like they do on the show, but still not as bad as Pawn Stars. I heard on some forum from a guy that went to the pawn shop that he overheard Les referring to some customers as "spooks". Can't tell you how truthful his story is though. • EVERYBODY, I HAVE PROOF THE LAST EPISODE WAS STAGED!!! When Ashley was complaining about them forgetting about her birthday in the office, she said "What day is it?", and Les replied "Tuesday". Ashley's birthday fell on a SATURDAY in January 2012, which was when this was "supposedly" filmed. Why would Les say it was Tuesday when it was supposedly Ashley's birthday, but her birthday was really on a Saturday. Don't get me wrong, Im a huge fan of the show but I noticed this!! Also, does anyone else find it hard to believe that they are only NOW showing episodes that were filmed in January 2012, almost a whole YEAR ago? Because Ashley's birthday is January 7th. The three of them have said themselves that episodes are aired approximately three MONTHS after they are filmed, not one whole year. Also, the calendar that Ashley was looking at the start of the episode with all the days marked off with X's had suddenly become BLANK later in the episode when they were looking up the Charles Manson stuff on the laptop at the Layaway window (it was "supposedly" the same day). And im fairly certain the calendar said JULY not January lol

They even direct the family to fight with each other. Its what makes ppl watch the show duh! • Hardcore Pawn is a great show and I like everyone on it. If some of the people are acting they should be given Oscars they are that good. I have actually worked with people like the nutty ones and they weren't acting so I tend to believe most of it is real. In regards to whether Seth is married, that is his business. • I want Seth to be Gay, yes. However, my Gaydar remains quiet when I see him. I am certain that he and Rich are both hetero. In fact, I doubt that anyone Gay works at American Jewelry and Loan; I suspect there is at least some element of homophobia there. Seth is a beautiful,sexy man. Anyone who involves himself or herself with him would be very lucky indeed. I also do not believe it is a true "reality" show, because the scenes are just too staged; customers arriving just when Les or one of the kids is right at the counter. I note that there are never any dialog errors; no stuttering, no mispronounced words, no halting speech. Everything seems very rehearsed. Having said that, I love the show and will continue to watch it.

• Lili is the mother of both Seth and Ashley. It's funny but Les and his sister look nothing alike and neither do Lili and her sisters. The show is totally staged! Rich is straight and very nice. He has worked there over 20 years.

• Are the three of them very religious? I read somewhere that Ashley and Seth are Reform, but Les was raised Orthodox and I've noticed Les and Ashley wearing Star of David necklaces on the show aswell. They don't strike me as being "intensely" religious though. Do they have any non-Jew friends?

• Not religious. They have all kinds of friends. Lili's parents were both in camps during the holocaust. They went to a conservative temple for awhile and Seth had his bar mitzvah there. A few years later the rabbi from our reform temple spoke at the service for les' mother.
