They'll have it trashed up before long.

“Laminate flooring throughout”. WTF
by Anonymous | reply 2 | May 5, 2024 1:20 AM |
That article in The Sun is four years old.
by Anonymous | reply 3 | May 5, 2024 1:51 AM |
I hope OP is being sarcastic.
by Anonymous | reply 4 | May 5, 2024 5:58 AM |
Pasadena is not a neighborhood of Los Angeles.
by Anonymous | reply 5 | May 5, 2024 6:23 AM |
Mia Goth sounds like a Sims character.
by Anonymous | reply 6 | May 5, 2024 6:24 AM |
Fuck the Murdoch Sun.
by Anonymous | reply 7 | May 5, 2024 6:27 AM |
Well that's very... meh. Would make a nice enough hotel, it looks like one

[QUOTE] That article in The Sun is four years old.
It’s probably a meth den now.
by Anonymous | reply 9 | May 5, 2024 7:48 AM |
Sheesh the information illiteracy around here. OP, you clown, they announced their divorce in February. READ DATES.
by Anonymous | reply 10 | May 5, 2024 8:03 AM |
The kitchen is probably its best feature.
by Anonymous | reply 11 | May 5, 2024 8:17 AM |
Who gets the house?
by Anonymous | reply 12 | May 6, 2024 8:06 PM |
R12 LeBeouf's business manager. Property records indicate it's owned by a trust managed by him.
By this point in time, it could be a rental.
by Anonymous | reply 13 | May 6, 2024 8:57 PM |
Looks like AI
by Anonymous | reply 14 | May 6, 2024 9:25 PM |
R14 Yeah - if not AI, then at least staged. .. I notice the photos are credited to BACKGRID.
I've read somewhere, they do that kind of photographic work.
by Anonymous | reply 15 | May 6, 2024 11:02 PM |
$5.5m and they have cheap laminate floors??
by Anonymous | reply 16 | May 6, 2024 11:08 PM |
All these houses must have the same decorator. They all look the same. Boring
by Anonymous | reply 17 | May 6, 2024 11:15 PM |
Boring occupants too.
by Anonymous | reply 18 | May 6, 2024 11:40 PM |
Pasadena is a city. A grand old city.
by Anonymous | reply 19 | May 6, 2024 11:44 PM |
Pasadena is a city located in the LA metro area, r5. No one cares if it's technically part of LA or not. Don't be so tedious.
They have an elevator but no pool?
by Anonymous | reply 20 | May 7, 2024 12:00 AM |
Pasadena.
Their next door neighbors are Lucy Barker on the right side and Kate, Doug, Willie, Nancy and Buddy Lawrence on the left.
by Anonymous | reply 21 | May 7, 2024 12:04 AM |
It looks like a credit union in an up-reaching middle class suburb on the inside.
On the outside it looks like an Ostia warehouse redone by a young twat.
by Anonymous | reply 22 | May 7, 2024 12:09 AM |
R20 the thread title said neighborhood, which is flat out wrong.
by Anonymous | reply 23 | May 7, 2024 7:14 AM |
R20 Since these (staged) photos were probably done by the realtor when this new construction first hit the market, they may have been taken before the pool was built. But today, you can see the pool in one of the rear corners of the backyard in the google overhead shot. Perhaps it was a builder option, or LeBeouf decided to add it. The original asking price was $5.798 million and the price paid was $5.475.

I really like Goth as an actress and it kind of disappoints me that she's married to a creepy psycho like LeBeouf
by Anonymous | reply 25 | May 7, 2024 8:53 AM |
Pass
adena.
by Anonymous | reply 26 | May 7, 2024 12:43 PM |
OP obviously is referring to Los Angeles County as the center of the metro area.
This is like quibbling about the proud old city of Yonkers not being able to be referred to as a "neighborhood in New York."
No one cares about that kind of precision except Yonks and Pasadeniacs.
by Anonymous | reply 27 | May 7, 2024 12:49 PM |
She's no Fort Worth.
by Anonymous | reply 28 | May 7, 2024 12:50 PM |
Pasadena is not a neighborhood, anywhere.
by Anonymous | reply 29 | May 7, 2024 4:09 PM |
That home and decor looks too plain and boring for any place Mia Goth would be living.
